In coaching, we work on gaining clarity, understanding connections and consciously choosing the next steps.
Not through advice, but through structured reflection and mindful self-awareness.

Mindfulness is No target, but a means of breaking out of the stimulus-response automatism and enabling change.

Typical coaching issues

Coaching can be useful if you:

Difference to the mindfulness course and mediation

Coaching is individual and linked to your personal concerns.

  • In the Mindfulness course we work within a fixed framework and curriculum.
  • In the Mediation I accompany several parties in the clarification of a specific conflict.

Coaching is neither a training nor a conflict procedure.
