Mindfulness is not a relaxation technique, but rather a Expertise in self-awareness and self-control.
In this course you will learn step by step how to:

  • pause, before you react
  • Recognise stress signals earlier and counteract
  • more consciously with pressure and demands Bypass
  • Decide more clearly, instead of reacting automatically

No prior knowledge is required.
The course is suitable for beginners as well as for people who want to deepen their mindfulness practice.

Group size: 4 - 12 participants
Between the appointments you will receive Small exercise impulses for everyday life - doable without overextending yourself.
The course takes place in a small group and is organised for a minimum of 4 participants. This means that everyone benefits from learning together - and the price remains fair. If you are interested, I will be happy to add your name to the pre-registration list.

Investment

The course comprises 8 sessions of 2 hours each.
The participation fee is 360 € per person.

Payment by instalments is possible on request.
