About me

I work as a coach and mediator with people in personal, professional and conflictual situations.
My work is characterised by mindfulness, a focus on relationships, roles and contexts, and clarity in the process.

I am not interested in changing people.
I am interested in creating conditionsunder which change becomes possible.

My approach

I believe that people are fundamentally competent. What is often lacking is not ability, but space, structure and someone to hold the process.

I see mindfulness as an opportunity to break out of automatic stimulus-response patterns.
This creates distance, room for manoeuvre and the basis for conscious decisions.

Mediation does not focus on personal development, but on the structured resolution of conflicts between parties involved.

  • Agile Coach (since January 2024), Scrum Master since April 2018
  • Systemic coaching training (Dr. Migge, 2022/23)
  • Mediation training (EHV, 2025)
  • Mindfulness coach training (Dr. Migge, 2024/25)
