I work as a coach and mediator<\/strong> with people in personal, professional and conflictual situations.
My work is characterised by mindfulness, a focus on relationships, roles and contexts, and clarity in the process<\/strong>.
I am not interested in changing people.
I am interested in creating conditions<\/strong>under which change becomes possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

My approach<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I believe that people are fundamentally competent. What is often lacking is not ability, but space, structure and someone to hold the process.

I see mindfulness as an opportunity to break out of automatic stimulus-response patterns.
This creates distance, room for manoeuvre and the basis for conscious decisions.

Mediation does not focus on personal development, but on the structured resolution of conflicts<\/strong> between parties involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
